1. Is there a quicker free way than BACS 3 - 5 days to transfer money from my Nationwide account to another UK bank account?
Are Nationwide using that new speedy transfer system I keep hearing about? If so, is it free?
2. How much interest is earnt on $13,000 at 7.8% per year for each day?

The other option is CHAPS which does a same day transfer, but you have to pay for that and it will cost you a lot more than the interest saved.0
