Personally I worry enough about building inspectors lack of common sense...
Hahaha that'd be right, we went through a few who didn't have clue and just quoted the book, "the foundations must be...." without considering the practicality of, or consequences of the action. The one we have at the mo seems a bit more clued up tho....0
