Free TOYOTA AVENSIS engine > 100% Genuine!

Dear Martin,

Just to let you know that TOYOTA UK are giving all Avensis owners a brand NEW free engine and a free courtesy car while your cars engine is being replaced!
This is due to TOYOTA themselves acknowledging that there is a fault in ALL Avensis models of a small but still significant oil leak.
You must have a FULL Toyota Service History with your car and one more thing> you must go to any official Toyota dealer and complain of a suspected oil leak or burn that you have noticed. Trust me, I have a 2004 Avensis with full Toyota history and when I went for my service 3 weeks ago because I just mentioned that I had noticed a small but steady loss of oil I was told immediately that Toyota would give me a brand new, NOT reconditioned engine!
They duly and promptly had my new engine in in two days and a courtesy Toyota Aygo to use while I was waiting! This is truly excellent customer service which will save a lot of us Avensis owners a lot of cash!

Pretty standard procedure for a dealer, if the issue is sufficient. We used to do Passat gearboxes every other week (popluar with cabbies!), but warrenty only allow new replacement units and a courtesy car is standard too
