Hi
Some urgent advice please. I dropped my Tesco credit card (1 month old) at my office desk yesterday evening and found it on my desk today morning. It must be some part-time external cleaner who would have found it and kept it back on my desk (thankfully) . Now I am not sure if my card details have been noted down (stolon) or not. I checked my balance/recent transections and everything is in order. But if the details have been noted then these might be used later.
Please advice what I am suppose to do in this situation.
Thanx
Dan

Cancel it immediately. The card has been out of your posession, so the bank could hold you liable for not cancelling it. Whoever picked your card up could have the card number, issue and expiry date, plus the CVV.
If there's fraud on your card, the best possible result you'll have is having to fill in loads of forms declaring the spending as not yours. At worst, you'll not get the money back. It's not worth it for the 5-10 days inconvenience of not having the card to spend with.

I'm sorry, I don't apologise. That's just the way I am. Homer (Simpson)0 -
I agree completely. You have no recourse if you suspect your card may have been misused. Cancel it immediately!!0
