I always get my holiday dates then fetch holiday form , get manager or supervisor to get diary .
Then watch to see if weeks are free and also make sure my name goes in diary for the right weeks I want off .
Then I fill in the form get them to sign it there and then and then put it in the holiday box myself .
All in works time lol .0 -

What have you asked them to do for you?
I note from your first post "i went to the union who said i couldnt have the holiday put another in." Holiday authorisation is the remit of your line manager, not trade union so how did that came about?Don’t be a can’t, be a can.0 -
When my ex worked for Morrisons, they were complaining how much money they had to spend on o/t due to high level staff turnovers. If they treated their staff with a little more respect, they wouldn't be in this mess!"The reason we're successful, darling? My overall charisma, of course." -- Freddie Mercury
