I always get my holiday dates then fetch holiday form , get manager or supervisor to get diary .
Then watch to see if weeks are free and also make sure my name goes in diary for the right weeks I want off .
Then I fill in the form get them to sign it there and then and then put it in the holiday box myself .
All in works time lol .

im thinking of leaving the union it's a aste of money

What have you asked them to do for you?

I note from your first post "i went to the union who said i couldnt have the holiday put another in." Holiday authorisation is the remit of your line manager, not trade union so how did that came about?

When my ex worked for Morrisons, they were complaining how much money they had to spend on o/t due to high level staff turnovers. If they treated their staff with a little more respect, they wouldn't be in this mess!
