What hours is economy 7 (with Npower)?

My mum is with Npower and she has is on an economy 7 tariff. She was told by them that economy 7 is from 9pm-3am but I think this is wrong and that is why her bills are so high (she is elderly and lives on her own). The hours of economy 7 is unsurprisingly missing from the Npower website and their call centre is closed, so does anyone know the exact hours that economy 7 applies to (with Npower if it is different according to provider)? I want to get her onto a cheaper tariff.

The hours can very depending on the Time Patterns Regime set for the property. They vary these to ensure all houses in a street dont switch on and off at the same time. If she is on a 7hr Economy 7 then 9pm to 3am is only 6hrs so thats not right. Only way to find out is to call you supplier or post the S number from your bill and that can be decoded to determine the meter type etc.
