Ebay problem please help

My mate can log onto ebay but when they try and sell they get a re-direct loop as shown below; i can get onto my account on their computer and go to sell im thinking ebay have blocked them... they have received no correspondance from ebay to say so and they dont owe any fee's etc.

I suspect it's more likely to be a corruption of the data that Ebay stores as cookies on their PC.
First thing I'd try would be to download a different browser (e.g. Firefox) and see if the behaviour is the same with that. Or he could try deleting all stored cookies and seeing if that has any effect.0 -

I have deleted all the cookies and tried to do the same thing with firefox and IE but its still the same. I tried it on their home PC and my PC also and its still the same.0
