I bought a Hoover washing machine in February. 
3 weeks ago it broke down!!! :mad: I have had an awfull experience trying to get it mended! :eek: Apparently they are waiting for parts, 
Why a big company like Hoover Candy have no parts in stock beggars belief.:rolleyes:
Anyone else had bad service from them?:o

Where did you buy the machine from? Have you asked hoover what agreement is in place for a replacement if the parts arent sourced within reasonable time?
You may find that if your repair is awaiting parts for over 28 days they have an agreement with the retailer to replace the item.0 -
