Cheapest Flights to Thailand

Hi all. I am off to Thailand in mid Feb and I am looking for the cheapest flight. I am going for 3 weeks and flying from Heathrow or Birmingham.
I know the prices have all gone up because of the oil price rises etc but now they are coming back down is it a good time to buy or should I wait a bit longer for the prices to fall even lower? I have noticed the prices coming down slightly recently :T for when I want to go.
I have flown before with Eva air but I don`t mind a short stop over.
So if anyone has any advice, thanks in advance :A

I'm going in January and monitoring flight prices. This site is good as it gives you plenty of booking options either directly from the airline or with various ticket selling companies.

Best deal I've found is with Jet airways through opodo. Leaving 15th Jan from Heathrow to Bangkok, returning 15th April is £516 each, plus 2% quidco cashback. Can anyone beat it? I'm flexible to leave from anywhere in UK and at any point in those months.
