Eligible entrants may enter this competition no more than 5 times per person.

Entries on behalf of another person are void. Entries made, or received by the Promoter, after the closing date and time will not be entered into the competition. Entries over the maximum number of entries or which are incomplete, incomprehensible, or not received are void and will not be entered into the competition.

Eligible entrants will be entered into a draw to win the prize the first prize (‘first prize’) and the runners-up prize (‘runners-up prize’), together, the prize (the ‘prize’). There is no entry via phone, email, post or via red button for this competition.

Prize:
The first two (2) correct eligible entries drawn at random from all eligible entries will each be the winner of the first prize. The first prize is a ‘Sebastian Professional’ goodie-bag containing styling products worth up to £75. A further three (3) correct eligible entrants drawn at random will each be the winner of the runners-up prize. The runners-up prize is a goodie-bag containing ‘Sebastian Professional’ containing hair products worth up to £30.

The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the prize provider and/or manufacturer. The prize is non-changeable and non-transferable. No cash equivalent or alternative prize is available. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any element of the prize. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any costs, liabilities, damages or losses incurred by a winner as a result of taking up the prize. For the avoidance of doubt the prize excludes all associated costs and expenses which may be incurred in taking up the prize including but not limited to storage, insurance, and any other costs, charges or expenses not included in the prize. The prize provider endeavours to deliver the prize to the winner within 28 days of winner confirmation. The winner must be aged 18 years or over and may be required to provide proof of age and eligibility.

The Promoter will only pass an entrant’s data to third parties for marketing purposes if that entrant has asked to receive marketing information from those third parties.

Each winner will be notified within 72 hours of the competition draw date on the phone number they provided when entering the competition. The Promoter will not amend contact information provided once entry to the competition has been made. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact a winner. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery of the prize, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements, may result in forfeiture of the prize. If they cannot be contacted or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions then the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next correct eligible entrant drawn at random and thereafter until a winner is found.
