I was informed today that i could return all sale items, as i was unable to try-on the garments as the changing rooms where closed(full of stock).

If you buy online, they still come under the Distance Selling Rules.

    Hope this helps.
A thankyou is payment enough .

My daughter had some lovely Next clothes bought her for xmas but in the wrong sizes. I went along to my local store to see if i could exchange for the correct sizes but they weren't actioning refunds or exchanges or refunds until thursday, they're mad busy so that's fair enough, I don't mind going back. I managed to find one of the items in the right size in the sale but I stilll have the original item in the wrong size and 2 other items that are too small.

My question is once I return these items will Next refund the full amount or the reduced sale price? They were all purchased before xmas and none of them have the red spot on the label. I think I read on another thread ages ago that they should refund the pre-sale price. Can anyone who works in Next verify this for me? Silly me forgot to ask when I was in store this morning.

    Thanks in advance :)
  • If you have your receipt, full refund. If no receipt full refund but in vouchers. They should be able to tell the previous selling price from their system

    That was our experience anyway.

P.S. Scottish stores were definitely open on Boxing day

They should refund the full prices, I think. Explain the situation and I think you will be fine. They have no reason to doubt you ((although all the sale goods purchased online dont have red dots either).
