Does anyone know anything about satellite radio?? I want to be able to listen to a programme broadcast on the XM Satellite Radio Station based in the U.S. Is there any way of doing that in this country?? If so then how? I understand that you have to have a particular type of radio but that's about all I know.
Any info much appreciated

I think listening on-line is probably the only solution for listening to XM radio outside North America:

You may be able to sign up for its online service for $7.99 a month.

Check T&Cs for international uses.(".)0 -
The footprint for the XM service covers North America only so you can't receive it anywhere else except via the internet
The equivalent outside of the US is Worldspace where you can use a special radio rather than a satellite system to receive radio broadcasts, but it uses 2 satellites covering Western Europe, Africa, Middle East & Asia0
