First thing to do is check the boiler for a make and model and then search online to see if you can find an instruction manual. Try the manufacturers website.

ive it ta, but not one thing in there about it. Last night i turned a little black screw and the pilot light went out when it reached 60c and i also noticed that the temp of it was only goin to 50c, before the light went out.

Is there no mention of a boiler thermostat? I would go turning random screws and knobs if you have no idea what they do.

Looking at the instructions there is a control knob for the heating temp?

    It also says:

    3. In normal winter usage we recommend that the
central heating temperature be set at maximum.
