Hi folks

How do I access the menu that lists the programmes that start running when I switch my PC on ?

It seems to be taking an age to start recently, and I've defragged, Spybotted and AVGed it.

I know i start in the run part of the 'Start' menu list, but can't remember from there.

StartUpLite is a good alternative if you are not confident in knowing what to stop.
