PPI Reclaiming discussion Part III

Chief ombudsman, Walter Merricks, comments that “single issue” consumer campaigns now dominate the FOS’s workload, adding that this year complaints about PPI and credit card charges will together out-number the 30,000 complaints received about bank charges during 2007.

Mr Merrick is keen to see changes that will allow single issues that directly affect large numbers of consumers to be resolved collectively.

I have all ppi stuff everywhere again......:rolleyes: ......its sprawed across my sofa, must get it all back together again, as I have a mixture of lloyds SAR with endeavours lol......:D

I remember that Anne Jade had her email that said "your complaint and others like it"... about firstplus. I think they are dealing with all of Firstplus complaints as a whole....;)
