This document I requested from HFC/Endeavour, now shouldn't that disclose who to complain to then about the unfair rebate?

I know on the one part it states Hamilton where the FOS have already wrote to them where Hamilton got back to the FOS not me, and said its solely within remit of HFC and not Hamilton....... , then HFC just say although they are more or less together it was Endeavour, yet HFC did seem to know about the details and I do have a document here with HFC on when we had the flippin loan:confused:

    Hi Di

So Sorry things are bad for you at the moment. I Know Marshallka is suffering too. I so hope something is sorted for you both soon.

Di I thought in the paper that they were meant to be being more helpful with peope who were having problems. It has been well publicised. Are they not keeping to the published guidelines.

    Thank you Maxdp.:A ;) .

Yes I have read something along those terms as well, I'm sure something about this is posted OTR, I will check and if I find them I will post here and I do know it was also mentioned if people have unfortunately lost their jobs, not helped by the credit crunch.

Will see if I can find it now and post the link here.;)

    Thanks for telling us.:D x

Hey maxdp, there are far worse off than me and mine... there are some losing their homes, no money for the basics etc so really I should not be moaning if you know what I mean but just joining in:p . What I was meaning is we are all complaining about money that we WANT now but its about who really needs it NOW.... I will continue paying my interest only on my mortgage for now until after Christmas and we know where we are but if we had not had the co-op gesture where could we have gone down from interest only. It would have been repossession and this is where the FOS needs to address who really needs fast tracking. We are all wanting it now but who really needs it now. How much people have actually coming in and then remove what they pay for their interest on the mortgage (as this keeps the roof as its kept ours for the last year!!!) and then look at how much is left for living on.

    Yes I agree.

Now my mortgage repayment is just over £745 a month but thats both repayment and interest, the protection will cover for only £405 of that, sorry I said £425 earlier I got it wrong, yet thats if we are lucky, wonder how much I would pay in just the interest then, getting worried not as we are paying the mortgage with the overdraft which is almost coming to an end.... , and if the insurance does not sort out in time, we are !!!!!!ed .....
