One would hope with such poor spelling and grammar, that no UK university would have accepted him.
Unfortunately, the standard of grammar together with spelling in UK Universities is extremely low. I am not just talking about the students either, the academics are as bad.
Something else has struck me - it could be that kev is an ex con.Semper in faeces profundum variat

Dear oh dear oh dear aren't we all getting our knickers in a twist, tell you what lets throw in the phrase 'council house' and while we're at it lets discuss Messrs Ross and Brand as well, that way all you Daily Mailers can have the time of you life getting outraged.
DJG saver claiming benefit while you are looking for work is not poncing off the state, it is claiming an entitlement while your look for work, i.e. it is a safety net.
You seem to have a bee in your bonnet about spelling, why don't you try and construct a reasoned and balanced argument instead of foaming at the mouth when the word 'benefit' is mentioned. Most people during thier lives claim benefit and those that haven't almost certianly will.
FTR if I have misspelt a word or have incorrectly punctuated this post then please accept my humble etc.

Yes, sadly that does seem to be the case! At least the government are withdrawing some of their grants...
A previous housemate of mine couldn't understand why she was getting constant rejections by Advertising companies after getting her 2:1 from Oxford Brookes in Management. When I saw her cover letter, it was diabolical, and only worthy of lining a bin! Not only was it full of waffle, she'd managed to write 12 whole lines without a single usage of punctuation! I got her to read it out aloud to me as she'd written it, and surely enough, not even she could read that quantity without breathing...
I helped her re-write it, but felt guilty for any company employing her, thinking she had a good grasp of grammar, punctuation and spelling!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
