The Stockmarkets are now all recovering and house prices will follow in a few weeks. The recession is practically over before it even started.
I have a feeling everything is going to be OK!

Yep, though I'm not sure when we'll reach the bottom of this current market, everytime it goes up, it comes crashing back down even lower.Mortgage Free in 3 Years (Apr 2007 / Currently / Δ Difference)

They did. It's because stock prices react to expected levels of dividends/growth in company size. The reason IMO that stock markets are still falling is because the participants in those markets are revising their predictions downwards. I believe that they are still overly optimistic in some areas.0 -
That is why I said holidays have !!!!!! all to do with the figures.
If some one can find a link with days worked and mortgage aprovals I will point out a very sad person.;)
i didn't say people's holidays have anything to do with the figures.
the institutions that approve mortgages approved fewer mortgages per day that they worked in september than they did in august.0
