Ryanair - what time of day do prices change?

I know that Ryanair's prices depend on demand.
However, days before flying is also important - if you try to book a flight for tomorrow, it might be 200 euros for example, and 80 euros the next day, 50 euros the following day.... then 20 euros in 7 days, and 10 euros in 14 days
If I want a 7-day notice fare, and want to travel on Thursday, at what time is the 7-day cut-off? Wednesday 23:59?
(I realise that the fare may go up before the cut-off time if demand is high)
Thanks

From past experience there is no cut off time, the fares just change depending on the number of seats sold/available. I have seen fares go up three times in a day and on another occasion I have seen them decrease twice in 3 days.IT Consultant in the utilities industry specialising in the retail electricity market.

there is no cut off time, im sure no-one has a clue about when the best time to book is with ryanair, the never ending sales change prices constanlty both up and down
my own view for what its worth is within 2 weeks is too close to get a good price, 3-5 weeks before is about right, most offers are for the following month.
its just guesswork, the idea that seats get filled and the price gets more expensive sounds feasible until you monitior ryanair prices and see big drops in prices , and other times the sales/offers changes in price are very small
if there is a system in place that is logical with ryanair then its gone over my head thats for sure0
