Is it possible to get someone's IP address from an email they've sent you?

if you use outlook express highlight the email then "Right Click", then "properties", then "Details" tab. then Message source button at the bottom
should be at the top left

As said its in the email header. right click on email/properties details tab and you see something like this at the bottom
