DVLA forms (C+E)
hopefully someone can help me out with info here.
Ok, my son is in the army, he is 18, 19 in november, he has told me that he is going on a driving course and needs a C+E form. ive looked on the Counterpart driving licence and in section 4, Minimum age for driving it says
'At 21 Categories, G, H, C1+E, C,C+E D1, D1+E, D, D+E'
ive briefly spoken to my son and said that the category he needs, he has to be 21. But, he says he needs a provisional for that C+E.
As he is on duty i could not get a clearer answer as he was in a hurry with duties in the army.
So basically i'm not sure what i'm trying to do for him. I'm guessing he is looking for a provisional licence of some sort for the course he is about to go on.
so really, im thinking i need to get him a form to apply for the C+E licence type.
can anyone help.
cheers

My nephew is 19 and in the Logistics Corps he has been driving all sorts of vehicles since he joined up, regardless of his age.
