Airport Parking Charges

I had to pick up passengers from Stansted airport, and stayed for about an hour in their short stay car park. Going through the barrier afterwards, I found myself being charged £5.
Later I was told that it is cheaper to stay in the mid-stay car park.
Incidentally, while I was waiting for the plane, I took a walk round the car park, and I couldn't find a tarrif of parking charges anywhere.

Small change can often be found under seat cushions.
