  • What's one more radio wave floating around the world going to do?! :snow_laug

    MM.
Organisation and planning are for those who can't handle stress and caffine
A customer with a biscuit in his mouth, is a customer who can't complain :D
  • I looked into this when we first put in wireless at work and wifi is soooo much lower power output than a mobile phone it's negligible in comparison.
Think how far a wireless lan can transmit - maybe 100 metres in open space (or 10 miles with a pringles can - :) )
Compare that with the distance you can pick up your local radio station from.

also higher frequencies such as used by wifi have less penetrating power compared to lower frequencies.

Of course I always wear a tinfoil hat just in case

If you're really worried about the potential effects of wireless waves, you could do worse than to closely study this website, which tells you how to make an Aluminium Foil Deflector Beanie! It protects you from a number of other problems, too!

PS I believe the website is not to be taken entirely seriously...
