Hi, just wanted some advice,
I sold an item earlier this evening , and have checked with paypal that the item has been paid for and on my ebay everything looks OK, but as of yet , I have not received any reply from ebay- no your item has sold email or payment received email.I cannot send the buyer an invoice yet( even though they've already paid for it) I wanted to post it tommorrow as it's my day off, but don't know if I should yet.
Any ideas? :rudolf:

  • If the money is in your Paypal account, I'd just send it as planned. Sometimes e-mails get delayed, but you'll probably find everything in order if you check again in the morning.
  • Yes, just checked and the emails were sent at 2am this morning - even though the item sold at 8pm - they must be very busy this time of year!!
  • Yeah they seem to be very slow but I always check my PayPal account and if the says it has been paid for I send it.
