Anyone got an email address for someone senior in Boots?

:mad: I am having real difficulties getting a response from Boots to a complaint. Emails and a letter have gone unanswered and I refuse to keep phoning (to add insult it is a premium rate number!). I have clearly requested an appropriate response in writing but heard nothing. I wondered if anyone had corresponded with anyone senior in "Customer Care" and could pass on an email address for them? Thanks for any help. Hope this is right board.
