My daughter has a Creda Excel 1200 and seems to have lost something in the works which makes a terrible noise, particularly on the spin cycle. She thinks it's a bra underwire. Unfortunately she has lot the manual.
Where can I get access to the wire.

I would 1st check to see if she has a bra that has the wire missing. Its quite differcult to get between the drum and the outer basket.Unless you're sure its something thats escaped from the bra I would suspect it could be that the drum bearings have gone.Check if the drum has any movement when its empty by gently trying to move the drum up and down.0

In an attempt to see if I could find anything around the edge of the drum I gave it plenty of movement and it moves really well. We did find an unwired bra which seems the likely culprit.
In my Bosch washing machine if I remove the panel at the bottom there is a tube which catches lost objects. There is nothing behind the Creda panel. Is there something similar anywhere else on the Creda?I'm Glad to be here... At my age I'm glad to be anywhere!!
