Hi all, we have a Landis and Gyr timer switch and unfortunately its broken, although we can use it manually. Does anyone know if its possible to repair it ourselves or would we have to get a plumber or electrician in ?
We don't mind having to manually use the switch, but I work night shifts 3 nights a week and the house is very cold when I get in at 7am, would be lovely to open the front door to a warm house after standing in the cold waiting for 2 seperate buses.

Normally they are a plug in device. If you can get an exact replacement you can just replace the old one in about 10 mins.If a exact replacement can't be found most of the programmers have a wiring cross referance diagram in with the new one.Any plumbing shop should be able to give you advice as to the best cousrse of action.0
