Oli Account Prize Draw Rules.

1. The promotion is open to all UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years and over, except employees and their immediate families of Otto, their agencies and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2. The promotion is open from 25 August to 31 October 2008. There is one prize to be won – a T-Mobile LG Viewty phone.
3. Entrants must open an Oli Account and generate a balance to enter. Code RCFP must be quoted when you purchase on your account to be entered into the competition.
4. The first name to be drawn at random within one week of the competition closing date will win the phone prize.
5. The winner will be notified by phone and email on 5 November 2008. If Oli is unable to contact the winner by 10 November 2008, we will be entitled to regard the relevant prize award as cancelled and choose another winner.
6. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part.The prize must be claimed by 14 November 2008 by reply to the Oli ‘winner’ email with the prize winner’s delivery address details.
7. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative gift of greater or equal value.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time if circumstances make this unavoidable.
9. The winner’s name and county of residence will be available on request by sending an SAE to Oli SG, 12 Margaret Street, London W1W 8JQ as soon as possible after the closing date.
10. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters.
