Anyone have experience of these in the home?
I'm looking to get an Exafill unit for the bath and a wall-mounted diverter manual bath/shower unit to go over the bath (only want a hand shower really).
I'm a bit worried about the flexible tubing used (gonna go for reinforced to be on the safe side  ) and also the fact that builders haven't a foggiest what you're talking about! Will the plumber work out how to install this OK so that it doesn't leak? How long do they last?

have pretty much the same questions. Plumber should know how to sort it. Mine is a bit sceptical but sur eit will be fine. Once it's in you should never have to fiddle. It's not a moving part as such so shouldn't be any problems.0

Lol, you too, huh? Despite the frowns, I think I'm inclined to trust German engineering...
Let us know how you get on with the fitting!0 -
These things are pretty extortionately priced for what they are i think. Ideal Standard's Idealfill is an equivalent. I think i also saw a much cheaper non-branded version at Screwfix that you may want to consider. The only real advantage i can see is that you don't have taps protruding into the bath - but instead you have a much bulkier waste outlet to stick into your back if you share your bath (man has the tap end i'm told - so much for equality!
) . They are also supposed to fill a bath much quicker as a simplistic view is that it's a full bore valve connected to 22mm pipework emptying into your bath.
What type of hot water system do you have as diverter valves tend to rely on higher water pressures to work (often a minimum of 1 bar) so if you have gravity fed hot and cold water you need to check the specification carefully. This is an important consideration if your buying any european taps/valves as UK is unique with gravity-fed water systems whilst other european countries are usually main pressure.

ideal fill is way more expensive than what i bought. £70 for the waste and filler and £10 for the divertor taps all off ebay
retails is about £250-£300 so think i got a bargain!
andrew is right abuot pressures but we have no problem for that. also mines a double ended bath and waste goes in the middle at the side so no problems with that issue either. Will be having thermostatic shower also. You can run everything off the divertor valves but we're seperating them up. Fitting strating tomorrow so will elt you know how we go. don't get filler till next week will update then!
no real advantages apart from it looks great and adds some exclusivity to your bathroom.
