Lush!

Always get top service in here, all the staff are friendly! I have beento two different stores and always had a good experience.

I took my daughter and step-daughter into one branch and the lady gave them a demo of the bath bombs, then at the till gave them an extra chunk of soap each and one for me :D

In my local branch I went to buy a gift from my partners office to one of the team who had just had a baby (so he could go watch the football!) and I got a chunk of soap in there too for my 'hard work' (had to get a wedding present as well!)

Always happy, always friendly, always helpful :T
best customer service I have seen

  • Lush staff always seem to be super happy. When I was going to America on holiday, I went in for some help with preventing a breakout in the humidity, and they couldn't have helped more - and what they suggested worked! Ace service every time.
  • Agreed, always loving the freebies and them saying "If you buy that £1 pot there you can get like £6 worth of soap free!" and then they always cut too much off.

I think it's something to do with the smell. I can't spend longer than 10 minutes in there or I get a headache. Maybe they are high off all the natural smells?

Just wondering, did you contact them via e-mail, and if so, if you don't mind me asking, what address did you use? I've been struggling to find them and I'd really like to contact them, as I've been using their Herbalism cleanser recently, which has been great for my skin, but it has gone mouldy  and I haven't even used half of it yet!
So I was hoping they'd be able to give me some help/advice...
TIA (I think this means "thanks in advance"?)

  • I emailed Lush customer svcs recently and had a reply in about 10 minutes flat!! I was cheekily trying to blag some (30) empty cardboard boxes for a school project, and they replied straight away with the name of the manager, and number of my local branch, telling me to call her and arrange a time/day to collect them-fab service!!
    Debt-free...and staying that way...

Has it gone out of date, you might have brought a batch which was nearer it's used by date. I would check the sticker on the pot.
Also as Lush products are made from natural products without added preservatives any products such as cleansers or the facemasks should really be kept in the fridge to pro-long the life.

I would recommend checking out their website, www.lush.co.uk to see if there is any storage instructions for your products as they have a forum as well and other lush users might be able to give you some tips.
