Ryanair

We booked tickets to go to Edinburgh in November. All was well until I got an email saying that return departure flight would be an hour later than what we had booked. This is no good for us as purposely wanted an earlier flight so the kids could still make it to school and work as we were flying back on a school/work day. They gave me the option of getting a travel credit which I applied for! The email I received said I should be receiving this in 7 days. This was over two weeks ago and still having not received it! When I checked on the ryanair website our original reservation is exactly the same.

How can I get hold of ryanair to find out about the travel credit? I have tried
08712460000 but am told to phone another number at £1 a minute. Is there not another mean of contacting them!

Call their customer service line in Ireland on +353 1 249 7791

I use a VoIP provider (www.nonoh.net) to make this call but it may work with an access number for Ireland from the international callchecker (http://callchecker.moneysavingexpert.com/intcallchecker/ireland).

Once you get through, ignore all the options on the menu until you get to "press 9 [or whatever] for all other enquiries". Select this option and you should get put through to a customer services advisor.
Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks

And you're Peter Duncan; I gave you fair warning
