Using an MBNA card as a mule for SBT?

Thanks for this guys!
My Alliance and Leicester CC (an MBNA card) comes to the end of its introductory 0% period at the beginning of Feb. I was going to do a balance transfer onto the M&S amore for 6 months at 0% and close the A&L CC account. However, if I can continue to use it as an SBT when the card is in positive....I'll keep it.
I'll check with MBNA customer services to make sure that there isn't the 2% transfer fee (capped at £35) when transferring positive balances and let you all know what they say.Good, clean fun....MFW #11 2015 £7657 / £8880

Ok. I've used an MBNA conran card and there wasn't any fee. I believe it's the same for A&L - but let's see what you find out.0
