Refund agreed in writing, but failed to be issued

I have had a problem with a large Baby product factory retailer and have been trying to resolve this issue since December 2008!!!
Without going into huge detail, I sent a recorded letter to the companies MD (signed for on May22) and recieved a letter (after numerous phonecalls / emails) dated 22 August agreeing to refunding their 10% commision for not doing their part of the contract.
I have since phoned - to be told that due to factory move I can only contact sales staff & not senior mgmt! and subsequently emails - still with no response or outcome. I am now at my wits end and do not have time to phone and email all the time -
How can I reclaim the monies they have agreed to compensate me? I now want to send one more recorded letter with a significant threat to ensure a response! This matter could have been resolved within days, especially as it is only £132 we are talking about!!!
Please help as I do not know how to get a response.

If my typing is pants or I seem partcuarly blunt, please excuse me, it physically hurts to type. :wall: If I seem a bit random and don't make a lot of sense, it may have something to do with the voice recognition software that I'm using!
  • Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere (please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email !!!!!!.
