Does Anyone Know What This Error Message Means?

I tried to open 2 attachments a friend sent me via email but they would not open saying outlook express file .dll is missing.

Now when I start my compter I keep getting an error start up message which says

The NAVAPP.EXE file is linked to missing export OLEACC.DLL objectfromLresult.

Can anyone help me please

Check here seems you have been infected by some form of spyware. Run adaware and spybot and see if that fixes the problem!

Also go to Start > Settings >Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and uninstall/remove NavExcel if found.
