Savings advice

Apologies if there are a thousand threads on this already.

Have £3600 in Halifax ISA, plus another £2300 in Abbey savings. Cannot really save more each month for the forseeable future.
Anyway, ISA is staying until next year, happy with the £200 return on that.
The rest however, is required on a irregular basis, the odd £50 or £100 here or there. Often replaced later.
Where would it be best put?

Somewhere like Egg (6.55%) or IF (6.4%) for starters. Review the ISA situation on 6th April and look to top up to maximise tax free allowances.

Check out a price comparison site like https://www.moneysupermarket.com as there are other offers up there too.
