Hi
Anyone know where I can get a foot operated dimmer (slider type), 240 to 12V for a free standing halogen Lamp.
The existing one has just gone bang.

Your best bet might be a 240V slide dimmer and a small 12V dimmable transformer like this one:

Ok, one more (small) box to hide, but you may be able to fit it in the base of the lamp.0 -
