Hi all,
I use 123reg for my domain and hosting, but I don't find the service/website all that great etc.
MrEL now wants to book a domain name and some space for a website - any recommendations on who to go with? Just needs .co.uk address with small hosting package (site will be 5 or so pages).
Many thanks for any advice :T

Never had a problem with 123-reg personally.
One I'd avoid is Webfusion. You get conflicting reports about 1and1, some people love them, others hate them.
There are many many different hosts. Do you need any specific technology, database access, scripts etc?0 -
I not had any major issues with Supanames from £14.00pa ( inc domain and hosting)Any posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0

Thanks isofa and Payless - he only needs a small site very simple, no scripts etc. I will probably copy my site and change some of the content/images for him - that's it.
I have no real issues with 123reg per se, just would prefer to be able to call if needed on the once in a blue moon time I need help...
Still, will check Supanames and a few others tonight, see which one we can do via Quidco...MFW #185
