Npower discount - help please
I've been with Npower's SOL4 dual fuel since 2004 but as result of the huge increases in August I recently called them to change my Gas to SOL 13, leaving the electricity on SOL4. This should save around 1.5p per kWh. But I'm a bit concerned I may lose out with my annual dual fuel discount. (April anniversary) Npower said I wouldn't, but a quote from the energyhelpline site today setting SOL 4 for E and SOL13 for G only shows a £23 discount instead of the dual fuel £100. Does anyone know for sure how I stand? I'd hate to wait a year and find out I'd lost £80!

So long as you continued paying by direct debit every month you still get your full £100.
It doesn't matter what tarriff you're on the discount is a thank you for the DD. (It's easier for the company)0
