Not enough information!

You may simply need to change the Print Settings in the software application that you are printing from. i.e. File, Page Setup, Layout.

What happens when you just print a normal test page (ie the Windows one)0

when i print a test page........that comes out in landscape format as well
when i change settings to landscape and print a test page......it prints half the test page (if that makes sense)
so instead of saying
windows xp
it says
ws xp0 -
I think a quick and easy solution would be to uninstall your printer and then reinstall it. Unless anyone has any other bright ideas?0

Go to the printers icon in your control panels and see if the printing defaults on your chosen printer are set correctly to portrait. If this does not fix it then I would delete the printer and reinstall and see if the problem has gone away0
