Hi i am hoping some of you computer wizards out there can help, my husband got an acer laptop last week which had windows vista home basic installed, at the weekend it started to freeze and yesterday he installed vista black. Today he cannot connect to broadband, unless he has the router into the computer, any help greatly appreciated, BSB

Hi Mozkowitz, yes it is a wireless connection and hubby says the network key is correct. He has tried restoring the computer to factory settings but to no avail.0
