IE problems and how do i fix?

Hi when I tried to log in to MSE today an IE message appeared on the screen saying "restricted sites,warning,signing into this site may mean other can see what you have said"It has never happened before,so what's going on?Also when posting today it all seems a bit weird when I quote someone or try to edit my posts.Could it be related?Any help appreciated
And like you can see here any spaces etc that I put in are removed when post goes up

    Use Firefox? :D

    Or go to Tools > Internet Options > Security tab and ensure that MSE isn't in your restricted sites list. Being in that list will disable some of the features of the site which IE deems "less secure".
