Barclays 3 month ebond

Has anyone else had thier 3 month ebond cancelled by Barclays?
I opened a 3 month ebond about 10 days ago, it was showing up under my portfolio of accounts on my barclays online page, just checked it today and all records have gone with money now showing up under my e-savings account.
Just spent a good half an hour speaking to their customer servies (0845 no) trying to get to the bottom of it, but they just said that they don't see it either.
Has anyone else had the same issue?
The rate was 6.3% for 3 month e-bond on £25k+. It seems as they have removed this bond now....is this something to do with the rates on offer going down I wonder!!! Cheeky B******S
