Got my charges back from MBNA - use the FSA

mbna decided to revoke their offer of no charging for several months on balance transfers

insisted they were wrong
they said no
then asked to speak to supervisor
same denial, and then went onto to say i was lucky to get free charges to date
cheek of it!!

sent a letter to FSA to investigate
copied MBNA
got an acknowlegment from FSA that they will process shortly

received letter from MBNA saying charges were to be return asap!!

also contacted MBNA by telephone, they tried it again for another balance transfer
complained again, but this time MBNA lady she would look in my notes
and guess what, i get free charges for months to come!!
so they would honour what they send in the first place

what a plava, but i dont have to pay any charges
MBNA tried it, normally i would just be happy with getting free balance transfers to date BUT this time.......

FSA - never used them before, might start contacting them everytime i feel hard done by!
