Does anybody use this? Computer is running very slow and I downloaded ccleaner but now am not sure what to do next and whether it is safe to delete? Thanks

Yes its abrilliant program for removing temporay files etc. I use it on 4 pcs I never had one problem in over a year of using it.

Just download and install and then run (click on Run Cleaner)

A defrag is always a good idea.

You're quite safe deleting anything it suggests
(With the registry cleaner bit it offers to backup anyway)

When I was travelling I used to use it on every internet cafe machine I used to get rid of my email cookies etc. Very easy and very good.

Clean up is similar to CCleaner but will also clean the crap from other user accounts.
