Everyone loves ccleaner
You're quite safe deleting anything it suggests
(With the registry cleaner bit it offers to backup anyway)

When I was travelling I used to use it on every internet cafe machine I used to get rid of my email cookies etc. Very easy and very good.0

Another fan here aswell - you could also try CleanUp here
Clean up is similar to CCleaner but will also clean the crap from other user accounts.0 -
Make sure you click on the 'Issues' button on the left hand side, and run that too!
