You do get paid in Juicy Brains Community. On the site, it says the rewards program is comign soon.

They must be closing the panel to make way for the new community.

I had a similar experience recently, I tried to cash in my vouchers and the option to choose was missing. I just e-mailed them with a screen shot of the missing information, and a few days later the info was back and I got my vouchers. Its definitely worth an e-mail. I also agree that they are reaping the awards from all the folk that have less than £5 in their accounts, if it is the same panel just with a different name surely they can transfer the balances, I to am going to loose out on a couple of pounds.

And very annoying it is too, as I've been stuck on £4 for ages and don't see much likelihood of suddenly getting surveys now!

Truely disgusting site. They've run of ideas and clients so in complete desperation come up with this scam. A great way of sweeping a rug over any existing balances they may of existed before to save them thousands of pounds in potential future amazon vouchers. You can order amazon vouchers of any value - they are just choosing not to!
  • It doesn't seem to say that they wont pay us the credit we have in our accounts......

Also I think they have told be before that the drop downs for the vouchers only appear when they have them available - it might just be that everyone is trying to claim their vouchers at once???
  • It does say you need £5 though, most people don't.
If that's the case regarding avaliability, then most people may end up without the vouchers then.
It's e-vouchers so they probably buy in bulk of thousands so may not be so willing to order too many more as they don't get such a big discount.
  • Well I don't know, they have always been helpful enough to me.

I have just managed to claim some of mine... I do have some outstanding but I have sent them an email and got a reply back - think it is an automated one - that they appreciate my feedback or something and will be in touch.

Anyway, I am going to see what they say, before I pass judgement.
  • Same with me. Just posted on the other Juicy Brains thread. I have £22.50 and like you say the drop down box has gone! That is tantamount to stealing in my opinion. Especially as the email said you can still claim your vouchers.
Let us know if you get a reply! Thanks.

I think its the fact that they haven't gone bankrupt as a company - if they had then I think that we would all have accepted that our money had disappeared. Its the fact that they are setting up as a similar but "new" company and pocketing our money in the process.

I actually watched a presentation by the MD of the company to lots of A Level Business Studies students about 4 years ago - he was very good - knew how to talk the talk and impressed my students. However, it seems he has become a tad too greedy. May this "new" company fail.

I don't believe in the concept of hell, but if I did I would think of it as filled with people who were cruel to animals.
