And very annoying it is too, as I've been stuck on £4 for ages and don't see much likelihood of suddenly getting surveys now!

Though no-one can go back and make a brand-new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand-new ending.

I've just tried to claim a £5 Amazon voucher (my balance is £6.75) and it won't let me - the drop down boxes aren't appearing on the claim page:mad: I've emailed them to try and sort it out........

I wouldn't join this even if they paid me.....haha....except they won't anyway!!!!

If they can't pay people who have earnt less than £5 on their panel (I wonder how many thousands they have saved...!), then they can shove this "new" unpaid venture! Sorry, all respect to the OP but I would keep away until they pay those who have already earnt cash on the Juicybrains Panel.

Same with me. Just posted on the other Juicy Brains thread. I have £22.50 and like you say the drop down box has gone! That is tantamount to stealing in my opinion. Especially as the email said you can still claim your vouchers.
Let us know if you get a reply! Thanks.

  • I'm in the same position - I have £8 in my account and can't withdraw any of it. I have emailed mentioning their terms and conditions which say: 'BrainJuicer® also reserves the right to terminate membership at the company's discretion, at any time. In this circumstance, and as long as there are no financial irregularities, BrainJuicer® will pay the member their accumulated rewards* (*must amount to a minimum of £5 and will be paid to the nearest £5 amount).'

If it's paid to the nearest £5, surely £8 rounds up to £10, which is the nearest £5 amount.... fingers crossed anyway.

I had 21.75 and i have ordered my amazon voucher.
  • Thanks to Bennifred, logged on Juicy Brains and have got my vouchers. They came through more or less immediately after I claimed. Lost £2.75 though I'm happy with that, thought I'd lost it all.

  • Hi

I had £18.20 in my account and have claim £15, leaving an outstanding balance of £3.20. I have just emailed cedric saying that I expect the remainder to be paid back to me or I will be contacting both trading standards and the police, as I regard it as theft. Will let you know if I hear anything.
  • what really annoys me, is they're trying to send us to Ciao via. a referral link meaning that they will get credit for referring us to them!
That was another site which used to be good, until they changed it.

I've claime £10 in the past from Juicy brains, and have £2.50 , I assume this will go down the drain
    Money grabbing b*******.
There has to be some clause somewhere in our rights saying that they can't take our monkey away like this. If a thousand members lose out on £4 that's £4000 they make just like that :S
