I believe a breastbone CAN be pinned but the scar would be like one for open heart surgery and they had more important things to try and fix at the time and yes it really, REALLY hurts when I cough or sneeze (mind you so does the broken pelvis! that was broken in 3 places and again they left it to heal and it grates as well *sigh*)Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup
