There is a thread running at the mo on the trading standards web site http://www.consumeradvice.net/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi regarding an ebay company :rolleyes: . Makes for very interesting reading :rolleyes:0

i buy and sell on ebay and it's disgraceful the amount of misused brandname are listed i report every 1 of these but most of the time no action is taken and the sellers are still doing it weeks later so why report them? because i want a more honest site.
i also think ebay relies on buyer who lose £15 or less as they know it's more bother than its worth to try and get it back0
