    Just posting my list - I have deleted a couple of bits as I don't have a dining room so no extra furniture to dust there, my freezer defrosted itself not long ago (well the lack of electricity did it :rolleyes: ) so doesn't need doing again, and I won't find 37 things to fling from my tiny kitchen!!

    Monday Marvels- Kitchen and Dining Room
    Level One
    Clear and wipe kitchen surfaces
    Level Two
    Sweep and mop floors
    Clean the fridge.. remember to do the drain at the back

    Wipe dining table.. (clean table cloth if necessary)
    Level Three
    Wipe and replace all those small appliances.. kettle, toaster etc
    Clean cupboard door fronts and fronts of appliances .. don't forget those kick boards..
    Clean out your mankiest kitchen cupboard..
    Extra Mission : help yourself
    1. S&S the oven and hob
    2. Empty the bin.. wash it out.. and make it smell SWEET

    My M.A.C.A.W challenge this week is..............no sweets or chocolates


    MY BEDROOM CHALLENGE FOR THE WEEK (maybe 2!!!)

    1. dust any cobwebs on walls/ceiling/book shelves/lampshade
    2. cut off any excess
    3. tack/tape/staple as required
    4. hoover carpet
    5. shampoo carpet
    6. bring back furniture - bed/ chest of drawers/ kist/ wardrobe etc
    7. put bed back together
    8. hoover mattress
    9. remake bed
    Have set myself 7 tasks for this week - at a rate of 1 per day that is not much - these must be done this week.
    1. check out electricity/gas suppliers for better deal - to finish
    2. send info to debt counsellor friend
    3. check out house insurance deals
    4. get photos done for application forms
    5. check present list
    6. add up grocery spends for october
    7. do ebay parcels
    Kitchen isnt too bad as I havent really been in it much this week!!! Have had stuff from the freezer that just needed heating so no real cooking done.

    Made a start on the kitchen tonight, as although not working tomorrow I do have a day spent running the girls between appts & clubs.

    Greenbee - I have signed up for the Yahoo group & database

    Pigpen - Will email you details for the christmas list, hope i am not too late this year as I missed it last year.

    Toots - well done with your bedroom list, please dont beat yourself up about whats left to do just sit back and think how much you have done.


    i have spent the last half an hour sorting out a organic veg box delivery, found one that is £13 for a family veg box and this will come fortnightly, will try it for a couple of deliveries and see how it goes.

  • I forgot to say too - VERY WELL DONE POLKA thats brilliant - we are proud of you.

    I seem to remember mudbath saying she had lost 4 pounds - well that was a bit silly - cant you train poppy puppy to find it for you!!!
