Perhaps we should think even bigger and organise a flylady convention :D Find a travellodge doing £10/night rooms close to a station where cheap tickets can be had.... now that is an idea :)

Another thought we could do a flylady swoop sometime bit like DIY SOS. We coud converge on a flylady in need (thinking of Toots in particular at the mo) all crash somewhere close by, give assistance as required and have a good old knees up at the same time.

Clean the fridge.. remember to do the drain at the back

    Level Three
Dust any extra furniture in dining area, checking for cobwebs on way round
Clean cupboard door fronts and fronts of appliances .. don't forget those kick boards..
Clean out your mankiest kitchen cupboard..

    1. 37 fling boogie..
  • Today I have finished cleaning the floor and moved out the wardrobe and chest of drawers- went to Asda for milk and a few bits of shopping - laid underlay (posh stuff Sunday Times and Sunday Telegraph newspapers!! LOL) - managed to eventually get the carpet down and have cut off most of the excess - still edges to tidy up - have been round and pulled out old tacks and staples to get it to lie flat at the edges - it has been vacuumed -will not being doing very much more as the lady above me goes to bed early so wont be making much more noise - will be able to put the mattress down to sleep on - I am not rushing as the worst is done and a lot of whats left is fiddly and time consuming - I need to stick it down before I can move stuff on to it so that will be tomorrows job.
Its going to need a couple of patches at one side where its not wide enough but they will be under furniture so it wont matter.
Its not a wonderful carpet and could probably do with a good shampoo but I dont think I will be up to that this week but we will see - ther are a couple of obvious marks that I will have a go at.
    toots xx
